1) Remote Support Option
Our
support staff can assist you with many configuration issues by
utilizing a remote support tool, which temporarily installs a small
program that connects your computer to a technician's
station. With your permission, the technician can observe or take
control of your screen and sucessfully troubleshoot most configuration
issues. After the support session is complete, the software is
uninstalled from your computer automatically.
